Toshimi WPC series Introduction

Toshimi WPC series has been launched in Dec, 2011.

WPC is the name of the material, which is the short form of Wooden Plastic Composite. It is composed by 30% PE plastic, 65% bamboo powder and 5% additive. Much more bamboo powder helps to keep the materials from deformed.

Nowadays, WPC materials have been multi-used for outdoors.

WPC has the following good features:

5- Good charactors of Flexibility, Fire Resistance and Less Water Absorption.

6- Good weather resistance of aging resistance, ware resistance, corrosion resistance and UV-Protection.

As to our WPC series of Outdoor Fitness Equipments, their main posts are made up by wooden plastic combined material for outside and 3mm square steel tubes for inside.

According to the different materials of the function equipments on both side of the main posts, we divide WPC as two series.

One is WPC Carbon Steel series; It means the middle post is of WPC, the accessory part is made of Q235 carbon steel tube which can be painted different colors ccordingly.

The other is WPC Stainless Steel series. It means that the middle post is of WPC, the function equipments on both side are of stainless steel. It's better choice for sea shore area.

There are two installation method that you may choose for our WPC series.

One fixing method is directly buried, The other fixing method is by anchors.

Most of our customers usually choose anchors for fixing method.
