Instruction:
Sit on the chair with back leaning on the chair back
and hands on knees and treadle the pedals hard
until the legs stretch out. Then get back to home position slowly.

In process of getting back to home position,
too rapid speed is forbidden in case of injury
of thigh muscles and joints.
